Data collected. The access request form collects your name, company and business email address, which are required to process your request, and, if you provide them, your phone number, job title and the ingredient you wish to replace. Please do not include any confidential information about your projects in this form.
Purposes and legal basis. This data is used to respond to your request, to open a discovery access for you, to arrange a demonstration and to follow up on our exchanges, including by sending you information about COSMAP. This processing is based on MorphGen's legitimate interest in responding to professionals who contact it and in developing its business (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). You may object at any time to receiving our messages.
Recipients. Your data is accessible only to authorised MorphGen personnel and to its technical service providers: OVH SAS, for hosting, in France; Proton AG, as email provider, in Switzerland. It is neither sold nor transferred to third parties.
Transfers. Emails are handled by Proton AG, established in Switzerland, a country recognised by the European Commission as ensuring an adequate level of protection (Decision 2000/518/EC). No other data is transferred outside the European Union.
Retention period. Three years from our last exchange.
Your rights. You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing and, where provided for by the GDPR, to data portability. You may also give instructions regarding the handling of your data after your death (Article 85 of French Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978). Write to contact@morphgen.ai; we will reply within one month. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
COSMAP service. Use of the service is governed by its own access terms and by the privacy information available within the service (both in French).
Cookies and third parties
The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics. Its fonts are served by the site itself, so your visit is passed to no third party.
Intellectual property
The text, logo and visuals of the site and the content of the COSMAP service belong to the publisher; reproducing them requires his written consent. COSMAP and MorphGen are names used by the publisher. The IBM Plex fonts are distributed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
Access to the COSMAP service
Access to the COSMAP service is reserved for invited professionals and subject to prior acceptance of its access terms.
